ASIATODAY.ID, JAKARTA – The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk (SILO) determined the distribution of dividends, and appointed former Deputy Minister of Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Rosan Perkasa Roeslani as President Commissioner.
SILO held a GMS at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang, on Thursday, 30 May 2024. A total of seven events were discussed, including determining the use of 2023 net profit and changes to the composition of the company’s management.
Siloam President Director Benny Haryanto said the GMS approved the distribution of dividends for the 2023 financial year amounting to IDR 260 billion with a dividend payout ratio of 21%. The dividend per share was recorded at IDR 20 per share.
“Cash dividends will be paid within 30 working days, after the closing date of the GMS. “The remaining net profit for the 2023 financial year will be recorded as the company’s retained earnings,” he said in an official statement, quoted Friday, May 31 2024.
Shareholders also approved the appointment of Rosan Perkasa Roeslani as President Commissioner of SILO. Rosan earned a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Finance at Oklahoma State University, United States (US) and a Master of Business Administration majoring in International Business Management from European University, Antwerp, Belgium.
According to Benny, through his experience and expertise in finance and management, Rosan has developed his abilities and leadership by serving as President Commissioner in various industries.
Rosan has served as a member of the Investment Committee at Fortman Cline Asia, Commissioner at Saratoga Investama Sedaya, General Chair of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN), and Vice President Commissioner at PT Pertamina (Persero) and former Indonesian Ambassador to the United States (US).
“Management welcomes the presence of Mr. Rosan as President Commissioner of Siloam. “Together we aim to continue the culture of innovation and excellence that has taken Siloam to greater heights,” said Benny.
