Pelita Air Service Commercial Director Asa Perkasa explained that this route is targeted to operate in 2024.

With the opening of this new route, a total of 13 destinations have been served by Pelita Air flights, namely Jakarta, Bali, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Padang, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Balikpapan, Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Sorong, Aceh and Kendari.
