ASIATODAY.ID, JAKARTA – The first digital campus in Indonesia, namely Universitas Insan Cita Indonesia (UICI), is ready to hold the peak event for its 4th Anniversary and First Graduation on February 24 2025.
This event further confirms UICI’s position as a pioneer of digital-based education in the country and is ready to compete in Asia.
UICI Chancellor Prof. Laode Masihu Kamaluddin said that currently UICI has seven digital-themed study programs. As many as six of the seven study programs have received Good Accreditation.
“Six study programs with Good Accreditation are Informatics, Data Science, Digital Business, Digital Communication, Industrial Engineering, and the latest is Agricultural Industrial Technology. This accreditation is a reflection that UICI is not only prioritizing features related to digitalization to support the flexibility of the distance learning process. “We are also concerned with quality-oriented academic standardization,” said Prof. Laode in a press release quoted Thursday, February 20 2025.
Prof. Laode also emphasized that UICI is here as a solution for the future of education in Indonesia.
“In this digital era, education must be able to penetrate the boundaries of space and time. “UICI was born with the concept of a digital university that allows students to access quality education from anywhere, at any time,” said Prof. Laode.
On this occasion, Prof. Laode also said that this 4th Anniversary and First Graduation is a momentum for UICI to continue to strengthen its role in the transformation of digital education in Indonesia.
“In this digital era, education must adapt to technological developments. UICI is present as a university that penetrates geographical and social boundaries, providing access to quality higher education for everyone, especially the younger generation who are ready to face global challenges,” concluded Prof. Laode.
