Sriwijaya Air Group Corporate Communication, Zaidan said, Sriwijaya Air and its subsidiary, Nam Air, continue to serve their loyal customers amidst the issue of the tin corruption case which has developed in the past few days.

Zaidan said that his party continues to uphold professionalism in flight operations during this time.

Previously, the Director of Investigations, Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes at the Attorney General’s Office, Kuntadi, said that in this case, Hendry acted as beneficiary owner along with other suspect Fandy Lingga (FL) as a marketing agent for PT Tinindo Internusa (TIN).

HL and FL play a role in conditioning the financing of cooperation in renting tin smelting equipment. To make it seem legal, the two of them formed two puppet companies. (ATN)
