ASIATODAY.ID, JAKARTA – In an effort to deliver a modern and seamless banking experience, Bank Jakarta has partnered with Blibli to launch an Engagement Store at Hall C1 of the Jakarta Provincial Government Pavilion during Jakarta Fair 2026, taking place from June 11 to July 12, 2026, at JIExpo Kemayoran.
“Through the introduction of this new Engagement Store concept in collaboration with Blibli, one of Indonesia’s leading e-commerce platforms, we hope Jakarta residents can enjoy a unique and memorable shopping and transaction experience,” said Agus H. Widodo, President Director of Bank Jakarta, during the opening of Jakarta Fair 2026 on June 11.
Widodo emphasized that the collaboration goes beyond enhancing the attraction of the exhibition booth. It is also part of Bank Jakarta’s broader effort to promote financial inclusion and digitalization directly to Jakarta Fair visitors.
“Visitors will be able to experience the convenience of Bank Jakarta’s cashless transaction ecosystem firsthand,” he said.
He further explained that Bank Jakarta and Blibli are bringing an online-to-offline retail concept to the event by showcasing a range of exclusive electronic products available through Blibli, one of Indonesia’s largest e-commerce platforms.
“Bank Jakarta is also offering special discount promotions for Bank Jakarta Visa Debit Card holders who make purchases through Blibli,” Widodo added.
As part of its participation in Jakarta Fair 2026, Bank Jakarta’s Engagement Store at Hall C1 provides visitors with access to a variety of banking services, including online account opening through the JakOne Mobile application, loan and financing applications, as well as ATM-CRM services that allow both cash withdrawals and cash deposits.
Beyond the Engagement Store, the Bank Jakarta booth serves as an information hub for the bank’s products and services, featuring a variety of promotional offers and discounts. The booth will also host a range of entertainment activities designed to attract the hundreds of thousands of visitors expected at the annual fair.
Located within the same Jakarta Provincial Government Pavilion, visitors can also access services provided by the Regional Revenue Agency, including Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) and Vehicle Ownership Transfer Fee (BBNKB) payments using Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines and the JakOne Mobile application.
Arie Rinaldi, Corporate Secretary of Bank Jakarta, said the bank’s participation in Jakarta Fair 2026 reflects its commitment to bringing flagship products and services closer to the public, particularly the Bank Jakarta Visa Debit Card.
“Jakarta Fair 2026 provides an important platform for us to support the development of a modern and inclusive transaction ecosystem for the City of Jakarta,” Rinaldi concluded. (Silvia Andriani)
