ASIATODAY.ID, JAKARTA – Bank Jakarta is strengthening its digital banking transformation by introducing an electronic form (eForm) service at its Kebayoran Park Sub-Branch Office (KCP), providing customers with a faster, simpler, and more efficient banking experience.
Starting July 20, 2026, all transactions at the Kebayoran Park branch are supported by the eForm system, allowing customers to complete transaction forms digitally by scanning a QR Code before being served by bank officers. The service covers cash deposits, cash withdrawals, and fund transfers.
The implementation of eForm is part of Bank Jakarta’s New Look Branch transformation, which integrates modern branch concepts, digital technology, and customer-focused services to create a more seamless banking experience.
Bank Jakarta President Director Agus H. Widodo said the company’s transformation is not merely about redesigning branch offices, but about changing the way the bank serves the community.
“What is changing is not only the appearance of Bank Jakarta branches, but also the way we serve the public. True transformation happens when people experience services that are easier, faster, more comfortable, and more human,” Agus said during the inauguration of the Kebayoran Park Sub-Branch Office in South Jakarta on Monday, July 20, 2026.
The inauguration was attended by Jakarta Deputy Governor Rano Karno; Deputy Coordinator of the Jakarta Governor’s Special Staff Yustinus Prastowo; Assistant for Economic and Financial Affairs of the Jakarta Regional Secretariat Suharini Eliawati; Head of the Jakarta Regional-Owned Enterprises Development Agency (BP BUMD) Syaefuloh Hidayat; Bank Jakarta President Commissioner Anang Basuki; Bank Jakarta Director of Technology & Operations Daniel Setiawan Subianto; Kebayoran Park Mall & Hotel owners Tety Kurniawaty Wijaya and Sony Kusumo; along with representatives from the Jakarta Provincial Government.
Agus emphasized that digitalization at branch offices aims to simplify banking processes while maintaining the importance of personal interaction between customers and banking professionals.
“Digital technology makes transactions easier, but trust is built through human interaction. The future is not about choosing between digital banking and branch services. The future is about creating smart, efficient, and digitally connected branches that deliver the best experience for every customer,” he said.
Through eForm, customers can complete administrative processes digitally before reaching the service counter, reducing waiting times, improving operational efficiency, and creating a more convenient transaction experience.
The Kebayoran Park branch serves as a prototype for Bank Jakarta’s next-generation branch model, combining digital innovation with personalized customer service. The company plans to gradually expand similar solutions across its branch network as part of its broader transformation strategy to support Jakarta’s development as a global city. (Silvia Andriani)
