Meanwhile, for Article 11, the threat of imprisonment is a minimum of one year and a maximum of five years and/or a fine of at least IDR 50 million and a maximum of IDR 250 million.
“For civil servants or state officials who receive gifts or promises, even though it is known or reasonably suspected that the gift or promise was given because of the power or authority related to their position or in the opinion of the person giving the gift or promise that it is related to their position,” he explained. .
Previously, investigators had carried out a case to identify a suspect against Firli on Wednesday 22 November 2023 at around 19.00 WIB. Meanwhile, the results showed that sufficient evidence was found to name Firli Bahuri as a suspect.

Ade said that Firli was suspected of committing corruption in the form of extortion or receiving gratuities or accepting gifts or promises by civil servants or state administrators related to his position related to handling legal issues at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia in the period 2020 to 2023.
