ASIATODAY.ID, WEST ACEH — Menas Capital LLC and PT Victory Sinergi Indonesia (VSI) on February 21, 2026, have officially signed a Heads of Agreement to develop an integrated coal conveyor and export infrastructure project in Aceh Barat, marking a significant milestone in the industrial and logistics transformation of Aceh Province.
The project is estimated to represent an infrastructure investment exceeding USD 150 million, with final value subject to detailed engineering outcomes, financing structure, and further development optimization.
Under the agreement, Menas Capital will act as Lead Sponsor and strategic financing partner, responsible for structuring the project’s capital framework. The project will be developed in partnership with PT Victory Sinergi Indonesia as the project initiator and local development partner.

A NEW ERA FOR ACEH’S INDUSTRIAL INFRASTRUCTURE
The planned infrastructure corridor will integrate a modern enclosed conveyor system with a capacity of up to 20 million tons per annum (MTPA), directly connecting mining sites to offshore mother vessels.
The system is designed to:
– Eliminate heavy coal truck traffic through villages
– Improve public and road user safety
– Reduce dust emissions and environmental impact
– Preserve coal quality through an integrated handling system
– Enhance Aceh’s export competitiveness in international markets
