ASIATODAY.ID, JAKARTA – Resonance Consultancy has released the world’s best cities for 2024.
In its annual report, Resonance Consultancy ranked the top 100 cities from more than 270 cities with a population of more than 1 million people.
The city of London, England is in first place, followed by Paris, France and New York, United States. Meanwhile, 4 cities in Asia are included in the list.
Resonance is a leading advisor in tourism, real estate and economic development, and the World’s Best Cities rankings.
In a press release from Resonance Consultancy quoted Monday, November 27 2023, the ranking results were based on scores in three main categories, namely livability, loveability and welfare, with dozens of factors taken into consideration.
These include educational attainment, gross domestic product per capita, poverty rate, number of quality restaurants, shops and nightclubs. Other indicators are walkability, number of bicycle routes, quality of parks and museums, and number of recommendations on sites, such as Tripadvisor, Google, Facebook and Instagram.
