ASIATODAY.ID, JAKARTA – Avenged Sevenfold, a heavy metal band from the United States (US) will hold another concert in Jakarta, after last holding a concert in 2015.
Quoting information from the promoter, Acceleration Entertainment, Wednesday, February 21 2024, the band consisting of M. Shadows, Zacky Vengeance, Synyster Gates, Johnny Christ, and Brooks Wackerman will perform in Jakarta on May 25 2024.
Meanwhile, the concert in Jakarta will be held at the Madya Gelora Bung Karno Stadium. This concert is also their only stop in Asia.
The band with the short name A7X will also be present and perform their most popular songs such as “Dear God”. Even though it was released in 2007, this song is still one of Avenged Sevenfold’s best hits.
One of the reasons A7X does not hold concerts in other countries in Asia is because Indonesia is the one with the largest number of fans.
Avenged Sevenfold’s tour entitled “Life Is But A Dream” was held following the launch of their new album of the same title, and started in North America this year. (ATN)
