These ulama and intellectuals will discuss and share experiences regarding the implementation of sharia in each country for the benefit and public interest.

“In the future, Indonesia will become a global trendsetter in sharia economics,” emphasized Minister Nasaruddin in Jakarta, Wednesday, November 20 2024.

Minister Nasaruddin invited the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIAF) to create contemporary muamalat fiqh in line with the times.

Apart from that, Minister Nasaruddin also explained that market language and sharia must be compatible with everyday life. It is necessary to enrich new terms in the Islamic religion.

According to Minister Nasaruddin, this forum is very important for the Indonesian nation because currently the sharia economic trend is trending, not only in Muslim countries, but also in non-Muslim countries. People are now familiar with sharia economics.

“Create a contemporary sharia economic concept. Hopefully this meeting will produce new breakthroughs regarding Islamic economics,” he added. (AT Network)
